Amazing property right on the beach, beautiful views and you can’t beat listening to the waves each day/night. The place is kept super clean with a cleaner each day and it’s as listed. Victor was great and helped us both down and back up the steps with our luggage, as well as keeping everything clean outside. Only issue for us was the hot tub not working really while we stayed, either too hot or too cold - only a small issue with it being summer. Would recommend staying here.

The villa served as the perfect home base for our Cape Town adventures. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Giovanni, who ensured that every need was met with care and efficiency. The attention to detail is evident throughout the property and from the attention Giovanni provided. Overall, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the stunning surroundings to the attentive service, every aspect exceeded my expectations. Definitely a MUST!!

Giovanni was the perfect host. Immediately available at any time - you can't do better! Very nice house staff and a sensational villa. There is no dining area on the terrace. Beautiful surroundings, very quiet, sometimes it was quite windy. We felt very safe. The kitchen could be equipped with a little higher quality, otherwise everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

I cannot emphasize enough how much I enjoyed my stay at the villa. I will definitely be returning in the nearest future.

I am not joking when I say that I'm planning a 3 month sabbatical to Cape Town next year just so I can stay at Giovanni's place every weekend for a while! This place is one of the top 3 AirBnB properties I've ever stayed in out of literally hundreds. Literally beach front on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. There are about 100 or so stairs to get our blood pumping each morning when you leave but they also make you feel secluded and secure when you're home at night. The hot tub at sunset is a MUST do. Host left many snacks, wine, chocolate, beer, mixers, and coffee needs for us. Beds were SO comfy. Space is SO well-utilized to feel cozy but modern. I stayed as a single travel with friends that are a couple and we had completely separate spaces that worked out perfectly. I can't wait to go back! I swear I've already had sweet dreams about this incredible oasis.
